1.Daily follow up customer service requirements and fault service complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
2.Submit monthly cloud computing and network operation reports, information security reports, faults analysis reports according to customer requirements.
3.Visit key customers regularly, review the service quality of network, security and cloud technology, and cooperate with the sales team for the second commercial development according to the actual situation of customers.
4.Review and suggest network configuration requirements required by customers, and actively coordinated pre-sales plan team and background technical operation and maintenance team to meet customer requirements.
5.Cooperate with sales department, business plan department and Marketing Department to follow up potential major projects, and provide market promotion and Q&A.
1.College degree or above, priority to the majors in English and computer science.
2.At least 3 years technical working experience in IT or communication industry.

5.Strong adaptability and psychological endurance, able to properly handle customer complaints.

1.On-site installation and opening work for client side:
(1)Check the on-site environment of the client side, and understand the circuit status in the client side.
(2)Coordinate the operator to install the lines at the client side, complete the machine room jumper, and test the status of the lines.
(3)Install the client side equipment, debug the business, and return the relevant processing form.
2.Daily maintenance and emergency repair:
(1)Monthly rotating maintenance engineer, after receiving the on-site rush repair and maintenance notice, go to the client side on time with complete parts to handle the fault or test business.
(2)Report the completion of tasks and return relevant processing forms in time.
3.Computer room construction and key line maintenance: monthly rotating maintenance engineer shall handle the construction of computer room and key equipment/circuit maintenance at specified time according to the requirements of network operation.
4.Some engineers should follow up the installation and maintenance of outsourcing projects, and assist the project manager to carry out on-site resource survey.
1.Bachelor degree, majored in network engineering, computer science, communication engineering, etc.
2. At least 1 year working experience as an engineer in the communication industry, and understand the process of dealing faults for telecom operators.
3.Familiar with configuration, debugging and faults handling of mainstream routers, switches and other network products.
4.Understand various communication and transmission circuit knowledge, faults handling ability, weak current, integrated wiring, video conference /IP telephone, network security and other knowledge.
5.Professional certificates (such as CCNA, CCNP, etc.) are preferred.
6.Good communication and coordination skills and customer service skills.
7.Accept potential fresh graduates.
